Beryl Durazo, CFRE
Executive Director
Ms. Durazo began her nonprofit career as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the New York City Coalition Against Hunger working with youth who experienced the highest food insecurity rate in the country. During her 10+ years in the nonprofit sector, Durazo has been an avid member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and has raised over $7.1 million in grants, major gifts, and event-based fundraising. Ms. Durazo has a commitment to education and ethical practices in her non-profit career. She most recently earned her CFRE in December of 2020 and is an ambassador for CFRE International. She has a passion for assisting fundraisers earn their credentials to improve donor stewardship, ethics, and accountability across the nonprofit sector.
Erin Branchflower
Donor Data Manager
Erin Branchflower comes to us with an extensive background in non-profit work in Northern Colorado. She serves on the board of Foster and Adoptive Families of Larimer County and has been involved with that organization since 2008. She is an Alumni of Front Range Community College having obtained her Associate of Arts degree at the Larimer Campus before moving to UNLV where she obtained Bachelor's Degrees in History and Political Science. She is currently working on her Master’s degree in Non-Profit Administration.
Tanae Peninger
Associate Director of Operations & Programs
Tanae previously served as the Assistant to the Larimer Campus Vice President Jean Runyon and has been with FRCC for over 12 years. Tanae has been an enormous asset to the Larimer Campus over the years, and now she will have the opportunity to help grow and expand opportunities for our students College-Wide. Tanae brings a unique set of skills to this role, and she will be responsible for growing the Foundation's Stewardship program.
Robyn Tighe
Program Coordinator
Robyn Tighe has 20 years of experience as a sustainable growth and strategic communications
consultant in the nonprofit sector. She served as the development director of an international
meditation organization and as the content manager of Public Media Company, a national
nonprofit that strengthens public media outlets. She holds a master’s degree in information
and learning technologies from the University of Colorado at Denver and is adjunct
faculty in the communication management program at University of Denver. Her collaborative
work approach is both human-centric and data-driven. Additionally, Robyn is passionate
about practicing tai chi and teaches classes through Rocky Mountain Tai Chi.

Myra Torres-Wisotkze
Associate Director of Development
Myra is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in Fortune 500
companies, ranging from global consulting to operations. A proud first-generation
degree holder, she earned her BS in Business Administration (cum laude) and MS in
Organizational Leadership and Management at Regis University. Myra's passion for leadership
development and her can-do attitude have driven her success, and she believes in empowering
others to create positive change through education. Beyond her corporate career, she
is an entrepreneur and non-profit leader, having founded Soul Survivors to support
breast cancer survivors. She has also held various roles in non profits, including
chairperson for Sue Miller’s Day of Caring and board member for Hope Held by a Horse.
In 2022, she received the Random Acts of Kindness award from Mayor Mike Coffman. Following
her second breast cancer diagnosis, Myra became a Licensed Equine Facilitator to help
organizations and individuals harness the healing power of horses. She is married
to Rick and has a son, Liam, a student-athlete at Regis Jesuit High School. A proud
hockey mom, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and her dogs Cooper
and Watson, and horses Wilbur and Apples. Myra is excited to join the Front Range
Community College family and looks forward to making a significant impact on the FRCC
community.

Kate Kimball, Secretary
Kate is a Senior Attorney for Ball Corporation, headquartered in Broomfield, CO. She provides legal assistance for various business groups through the company specializing in transactional matters, corporate compliance, real estate, environmental and benefits work. Prior to joining Ball, Kate worked for seven years in the Boston office of an international law firm. She completed her undergraduate studies at Colorado College and earned her law degree from Boston College School of Law.
Kate is an active volunteer for her high school, Phillips Academy, Andover. Kate lives in Boulder with her husband and two young children.
Terry Dye
Terry founded Dyecrest Dairy in 1970 in upstate New York, it has been located in Colorado since 1985. There are presently two dairies totaling about 5,000 head of cattle making it one of the largest registered Holstein herds in the country plus it has 2,000 acres of farm ground.Terry became intrigued with FRCC after his step daughter-in-law enrolled and earned a scholarship from the FRCC Foundation.
In 2013 Terry established the Dyecrest Dairy Scholarship, giving preference to non-traditional students plus children and grandchildren of Dyecrest employees. The scholarship also funds non-traditional students who are single mothers and students that are pursuing careers in technical fields at the Larimer Campus.
Suzanne Miller
Suzanne Miller has been involved in a wide variety of local nonprofit organizations. She worked as a stay-at-home mom for years while raising four children, which led to opportunities to volunteer. She has been building deep and personal connections to help people in the community ever since.
Suzanne is heavily involved with Women Give, which provides child care scholarships to single moms who are pursuing higher education. She has been a part of many area organizations that have benefited from the work of the Bohemian Foundation. She also served on the advisory board for GiveNext, a project that teaches middle and high school students about philanthropy. And for years, Miller served on the board of directors for Foothills Rotary Club making Mind+Body magazine after creating a local movement to promote acts of kindness and support for others. She began working on this initiative in 2008 after her daughter Liz passed away unexpectedly at age 24 as a result of epilepsy. #DoALizThing encourages people to focus on helping others—the way Miller's daughter always did.
Suzanne attended Ball State University. Shortly after college and getting married, she moved to Colorado, where she and her husband Jim (now of 39 years) had their four kids—Liz, Alex, Sarah, and Ben. Miller now serves as community ambassador for Ginger and Baker in Fort Collins.

Narciso Garibay
Narciso has served at a senior leadership level with over 17-years of commercial banking experience, specifically within Boulder County. Prior to joining High Plains Bank, he was Senior Vice President and Boulder Market Leader for Citywide Banks, Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Commerce Bank for the Middle Market team, as well as First Vice President for MidFirst Bank, and Senior Vice President for Colorado business Bank. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder and earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Regis University.
Among his many roles and responsibilities, including commercial lending and business development, Garibay is focusing on developing ways to better serve those in the High Plains Bank communities who identify as Hispanic and Latino, among other initiatives.
James Wedding
James Wedding is a Vice President at FirstBank, Colorado’s second largest bank and the largest privately-held bank in the nation. As an industry veteran with over 8 years’ experience, James helps oversee the bank’s Northern Colorado Market, which includes eight branch locations, over 120 employees and over $1.3M in assets. He’s also responsible for business lending, business development, officer management and development. James specifically serves as the Area Manager over the three Fort Collins branches, which have combined assets over $485M. In addition to providing mentorship, career development, training of junior officers, customer development strategies, working through loan transactions with his team of seven officers, he is also responsible for personal loan production goals in amounts over $30M/year.
James serves as the Treasurer of Fort Collins Housing Network, a Front Range Community College Foundation board member, and Everitt Real Estate Advisory committee participant. James is a Colorado native and was born and raised in Fort Collins. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Colorado State University. James currently resides in Timnath Fort Collins, where he and his Wife Sarah are raising their three children.
Michelle Ellison
Michelle Ellison graduated from FRCC in 2015 as a first generation, non-traditional student with her AA in Business. She then transferred to the University of Northern Colorado and went on to earn her BS in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration. After graduation Michelle went to work in public accounting at Moss Adams as an assurance associate, but quickly realized her true passion was recruiting. She shifted gears and began working at CFS, a staffing agency, where she placed accounting and finance professionals in roles across Colorado. Michelle then transitioned to her current role, recruiting for nine states as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at CLA, which ranks among the top 10 public accounting firms in the country.
Michelle credits much of her success to her experience at FRCC, and she believes the small class size, one-on-one attention students receive from instructors, combined with the inclusive community environment at FRCC pave the way for students to take the first steps toward achieving their goals.
Kyle Archer
Kyle Archer is the CFO of Elevated Inc., the largest Cheba Hut and SkinnyFATS franchisee. He earned his associate degree from FRCC and transferred to Colorado State University. He then spent 15 years in the banking industry before joining Elevated Inc. as a partner in 2020. In his role, Kyle is responsible for financial and real estate decisions, as well as contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Kyle is passionate about giving back to the community, and in addition to his role on the FRCC Foundation Board, served as the Board President for Loveland Habitat for Humanity. Along with his wife Jackie, also an FRCC alum and Foundation scholarship recipient, Kyle started a scholarship for FRCC students pursuing their degree.

Harold Henke
Since 2011
Harold worked in the Information Technology industry for more than 30 years specializing in information design and learning. He is the owner of Flatirons Technical Communications, which specializes in helping customers create structured, reusable information for technical documentation and training. Previously, he had worked for Brocade, IBM, Lexis Nexis and Oracle. Harold earned a Doctorate in Computing Technology Education from Nova Southeastern University, and his dissertation focused on the design of electronic books.
Harold supports FRCC students through the Harold Henke Scholarship. His connection to community college began when he graduated from Scottsdale Community College, home of the Fighting Artichokes. He believes that the community college system is vital to the development of a competitive workforce.
Harold is a participant in the Program for Avocational Archaeological Certification sponsored by the Colorado Archaeology Society and the Office of the State Archaeologist of Colorado. He has also completed more than 100 hours in training to use metal detecting for historical archaeology surveys.

Colleen Simpson
President
Dr. Colleen Simpson takes the helm as FRCC's president on August 1, 2022. Her decades of higher education experience have included work in enrollment management, student affairs, academic affairs, teaching and leadership.
Most recently, she served as the vice president of student services and regional learning centers at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. In that role, she oversaw multiple campuses and five regional learning centers—with a focus on:
- leading academic innovation
- designing “student-ready” experiences
- addressing the educational, economic and workforce development needs of the region
Prior to that role, Simpson worked at Bronx Community College—part of the City University of New York (CUNY)—as the administrator overseeing retention and student success. There she led and managed a comprehensive program of services that:
- promoted access to education
- kept students engaged and in college
- helped students complete their degree or credential
Dr. Simpson earned her doctoral degree (EdD) in educational leadership, administration and policy from Fordham University. She earned both her master's degree (MSEd) in higher education administration and her bachelor's degree (BBA) in international marketing from Baruch College (also part of the CUNY system).
Rebecca Woulfe, PhD
Vice President, Academic Affairs & Provost
Rebecca Woulfe, PhD, serves as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Online Learning. In this role, she works college-wide to support the work of Academic deans, chairs, faculty and instructors. She has oversight for college and programmatic accreditation, areas of state and federal compliance, program review, and leads the online team. Woulfe is also the FRCC liaison to the Colorado Community College System office (CCCS).
Prior to joining FRCC, Woulfe was Vice President for Instruction and Provost for Arapahoe Community College. She has worked for community colleges for over 20 years, serving as a faculty, a Director of eLearning , and an Academic Dean. In her role as VPAA and OL, Rebecca leans on her experience from the classroom to support the success of faculty and students. In her previous role, she led the expansion of work-based learning through apprenticeships and internships and provided leadership in new program development to address industry needs. Woulfe has also been instrumental in the implementation of Guided Pathways. Guided Pathways is a researched-based approach to education that integrates student success practices and equity work to ensure positive outcomes for students and to close opportunity gaps.
Prior to her work with community colleges, Rebecca led the implementation of technology integration for the Daniel's College of Business and University of College at the University of Denver. She provided consultative services to faculty and facilitated professional development sessions on a range of high-impact practices for using technology in the classroom and in online delivery of courses.
Rebecca has a PhD in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Arts Degree in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Technology from the University of Colorado-Denver. Rebecca is committed to creating an inclusive environment for students and employees and recognizes the importance of honoring unique perspectives.
