In 2021 the Foundation sent a survey to former FRCC students and found that there was a desire to bring FRCC alumni together. In 2022 the Alumni Advisory Committee was established. The committee is a group of engaged and passionate FRCC alumni working together to engage and support Alumni and current students while also advising the Foundation team. If you are an FRCC alum interested in being a part of this committee please email the Foundation.

Ryan Davidson
I came through Front Range Community College looking to pursue a path to Civil Engineering. During my time there, I found academic success that carried me on into the graduate program at the University of Colorado Boulder. After graduating with my Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with a Graduate Academic Excellence award, I pursued a career in Bridge Engineering. I'm currently providing Structural Engineering services for various governments across the world at Parsons, ranging from pedestrian, traffic and railway bridges. I've decided to come back to Front Range Community College to teach in the engineering program part-time and guide students toward that same success that I had found during my time there.
Michelle Ellison
Michelle Ellison graduated from FRCC in 2015 as a first generation, non-traditional student with her AA in Business. She then transferred to the University of Northern Colorado and went on to earn her BS in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration. After graduation Michelle went to work in public accounting at Moss Adams as an assurance associate, but quickly realized her true passion was recruiting. She shifted gears and began working at CFS, a staffing agency, where she placed accounting and finance professionals in roles across Colorado. Michelle then transitioned to her current role, recruiting for nine states as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at CLA, which ranks among the top 10 public accounting firms in the country. Michelle credits much of her success to her experience at FRCC, and she believes the small class size, one-on-one attention students receive from instructors, combined with the inclusive community environment at FRCC pave the way for students to take the first steps toward achieving their goals.
Megan Grass
Hello Friends, my name is Megan Grass. I graduated from Front Range in 2016 with my Associate of Arts Degree with a History Designation. I then went on to get my Bachelor's Degree in History from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I am currently the Director of Events and Marketing at Oxotic Supercar Driving Experience and I have three business ventures of my own. I love making connections with other industry professionals and working together to create something magical. Aside from work I love photography, reading all the books I can get my hands on and finding new projects and ventures to become part of!
Robin O'Connell
Robin is an alumnus of Font Range Community College, she describes herself as the student that never went away. As a non-traditional student, she found her love of helping students based on the support and encouragement she received as a student at FRCC. Now serving as the Assistant Director for Academic Advising on the Westminster campus, she continues to support students with a Student Affairs lens. While not serving students, Robin enjoys all that Colorado has to offer, particularly time in the mountains where she observes the natural beauty of the forest. A lifelong artist, she enjoys re-creating Colorado's natural beauty with watercolor, ink, and pyrography.
