• Students shall not use/abuse, possess or distribute alcohol or illicit drugs on FRCC property or as a part of college activities wherever they may occur. If they do, students are subject to local, state and federal criminal penalties, including fines up to $8,000,000 and/or life imprisonment. Drug and alcohol violations are subject to disciplinary procedures and are a violation of the  CCCS Student Code of Conduct.
