FRCC Career services offers a variety of assessment tools to help you uncover what matters to you most. You'll examine your interests, skills, values and personality traits—and how this can all guide your career choices. 

Available Assessments

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The MBTI personality inventory helps you identify career options and work environments that might be a good fit, based on your personality type. The assessment takes approximately 15-25 minutes to complete.

Strong Interest Inventory

The Strong Interest Inventory is designed to identify career-related interests and devise strategies for conducting career research. This assessment takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.

Knowdell Core Values Assessment

This is a simple card sort tool that allows you to prioritize your values in a working environment. It is free.

YouScience

YouScience uses proven science and algorithms, combining your aptitudes and interests, to support self-discovery and an increased confidence in your career path. An interpretation of your results with a career advisor in our office is required for this instrument.
