Do you offer express service for transcripts?
Electronic transcripts will be emailed as a PDF in as little as an hour. Expedited paper transcripts are available for an additional charge. Place a transcript order to see specific options and costs.
Current Students (or those who have attended within the past year): Access Transcripts on eWOLF
- You can both view/print unofficial transcripts and order official transcripts through
eWOLF.
- Log in to your eWOLF account and go to the Transcripts card. Click on the Order Official Transcripts link.
- You also have the option to place an order for official transcripts outside of eWOLF: order an official transcript from FRCC online.
Former Students: Order Official Transcripts Online
- You can order an official transcript from FRCC online.
- Official transcripts are available online if you're a former student who took classes within the last three years, or have earned a degree or certificate from FRCC or any other Colorado Community College System institution.
Transcripts will not be provided for students who have outstanding financial obligations to Front Range Community College (FRCC) or any college in the Colorado Community College System.
How do I see all the courses I have taken?
You can view all your courses and grades on your unofficial transcripts. To view your unofficial transcript, log in to eWOLF, search for the Transcripts card and click on the View/Print Unofficial Transcripts link.
What does the S/A or U/D mean?
S/A = Satisfactory (A-level) work in a designated developmental course
S/B = Satisfactory (B-level) work in a designated developmental course
S/C = Satisfactory (C-level) work in a designated developmental course
U/D = Unsatisfactory (D-level) work in a designated developmental course
U/F = Unsatisfactory (F-level) work in a designated developmental course
Other grading symbols and their definitions can be found in the catalog. Grades are issued at the end of each semester and are not mailed. Students may access grades by logging into their eWOLF account.
Does a "D" transfer and/or count towards my degree?
The transfer of credits with the grade of "D" is dependent upon the policy of the institution to which you are transferring. Generally, colleges only transfer credits for courses with grades of “C-” or better. If you are transferring to another school, check with your receiving school to learn their policy regarding the transfer of credits.
At FRCC, students must earn a grade of C or better for them to be applied to any degree or certificate program. Students enrolled at FRCC prior to 2009-2010 and continuously enrolled may still be able to apply a grade of D toward their program if the program allowed it per the catalog for the year in which they first enrolled. In addition, there are some programs that require students to achieve specific grades or GPAs to continue in the program. Be sure to look over your program's requirements carefully and meet with your academic advisor for any questions you may have regarding grade requirements.
When do I need to show my identification?
Students are required to verify their identification before any student service at FRCC is provided. Examples include working with Financial Aid or the Registrar's Office. Acceptable forms of identification includes:
- A series of questions unique to you
- Student ID/Wolf card
- High school ID card
- Another form of identification issued by a state or federal jurisdiction or recognized by the United State government.

What should I do if a grade is incorrect?
If you believe your grade is incorrect, follow these steps.
- Discuss the problem with the instructor first to make sure the grade was entered correctly. Email is the best way to contact someone, unless they are no longer with FRCC.
- If you are not able to contact the instructor or are not satisfied with his/her response, contact the lead instructor for that department. The department administrative assistant can help direct to the correct lead for each discipline.
- If the lead instructor cannot help, you can talk to the program director.

If your instructor changed your grade you will see it on your Unofficial Transcript in eWOLF.
- Log in to your eWOLF account. On the Transcripts card, click on View/Print Unofficial Transcripts.
- Grade Changes do not show up on the Final Grades screens.
If your grade has not been posted or changed as expected, please contact your instructor for more information. If you can not reach your instructor, contact your campus for next steps.

How can I confirm enrollment or a degree?
- You can print an Enrollment Certificate provided by National Student Clearinghouse. To obtain this, log in to your eWOLF account. On the Student Grades & Records card, click on the Enrollment Verification link.
- If you have a verification form that you would like completed, you can fill out the Enrollment Verification Request, found on the Popular Student Forms card.
- To confirm a degree, in eWOLF, go to the Transcripts card and click on Order Official Transcripts or View/Print Unofficial Transcripts.
Why is there a hold on my account?
A hold may be placed on a student's account for a variety of reasons such as:
- Orientation
- Unpaid tuition and/or fees
- Discrepancy in record information
- Additional steps needed to enroll
- Unacceptable grade point
To view holds on your account, follow the following steps:
- Log into eWOLF
- Click on My Profile
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Holds
- The holds page will have a phone number to call
When will I receive my degree / diploma?
Diplomas will be sent out in the mail typically within 6-8 weeks after the end of the term. Diplomas will not be issued to anyone who has a hold on their account.
Diplomas will be sent to the address provided at the time of graduation. If this address has changed, contact the Office of the Registrar.
What is DegreeCheck?
DegreeCheck is a web-based degree tracking program which allows you and your advisor
to see how your coursework applies to your program of study. To access DegreeCheck,
log in to eWOLF and search for the Graduation Information card. There you will find a link to DegreeCheck.
You may access DegreeCheck any time. You may use it to see how the courses you're
taking apply to your program of study, to see your grades, or to see how your coursework
would apply if you changed your program of study.
How do I change my personal information?
You can change your address, phone, email addresses and emergency contacts in eWOLF. Log in, then click on the Update Personal Information icon on the dashboard.
For any other changes, please complete the Personal Information Change Request form, also located in eWOLF under Student Resources > Student Forms.
How can I get a copy of my schedule?
You can view and print a copy of your class schedule by logging into your eWOLF account. On the Dashboard, click on the Class Schedule Icon. To print a copy, go to My Classes.
What is FERPA?
FERPA is the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 that requires students to provide permission for release of their grades and or other information.
FERPA was designed to protect the privacy of educational records, to establish the right of students to inspect and review their educational records, and to provide guidelines for correcting inaccurate or misleading data through informal or formal hearings. When a student turns 18 or enters FRCC at any age, all rights afforded to parents under FERPA transfer to the student.
Students can complete an online form to provide their consent to release confidential information. This form, the Student Consent to Release Confidential Information can be found in eWOLF. Log in to your eWOLF account. On the top menu, go to the Student Resources drop-down menu, and select Student Forms.
Directory Information
The college may disclose "directory information" without prior written consent.
Directory information includes:
- Student name
- Major field of study
- Participation in officially recognized activities and sports
- Dates of attendance
- Degrees and awards received
- Most recent educational institution attended
- Enrollment status (i.e. full-time, three-quarter-time, half-time, less than half-time, withdrawn, graduated or deceased).
If you would like to request that not even your Directory Information be released, please complete our Directory Information Confidentiality Request.
What is my student ID number?
If you do not know your student ID (S Number), you can look it up. Note: If you select to view on screen, you will only have 20 seconds to write it down. The email option sends it to your student email account.
How do I get my grades?
You can view your current semester grades by logging in to your eWOLF account. On the Student Grades & Records card, click on the Final Grades link.
Typically, grades are available on the 4th day after the end of each semester. If your grades are not shown, please contact your instructor.
Your grades will appear in DegreeCheck one day after they are posted. To access DegreeCheck, log in to eWOLF, go to the Student Grades & Records card and click on the Degree Check link.
Where can I find student forms?
Many student forms you will need are available in eWOLF. Click on the Popular Student Forms card for a list of forms available.
How do I declare or change my major?
Complete the Degree/Certificate Change Request online form. To access this form, log in to your eWOLF account. Click on the Popular Student Forms card and click on the Degree/Certificate Change Request link.
This request will be routed to the Office of the Registrar, and be reviewed and processed typically within 3-5 business days. You will need to submit your Degree/Certificate Change Request by the main drop date of the semester. You may wish to speak with your Advisor prior to changing your major as:
- It may have financial implications.
- It may change the number of courses you are required to take.
- Transfer credit may need to be re-evaluated.
Your curriculum information is available on eWOLF. Log in, then go to the My Profile page.
How do I get a copy of my transcript?

How do I file an appeal?
FRCC has a number of appeal processes within the college to not only comply with required state procedures, but also to provide a student an opportunity to a fair and expeditious means to resolve issues that affect a student's enrollment. Students can get more information about appeals on our Student Appeals webpage.

What is the grading scale?
For most classes, a standard A-F grading scale is used. Grades with + or - are not given.
Grade Percentage:
A — 90%-100%
B — 80% - 89%
C — 70% - 79%
D — 60% - 69%
F — 59% and below
However some programs, classes and teachers may grade on a curve or use a different grading scale. Your grade and how it is determined should be included in your class syllabus. If you're unsure about how your grade is calculated, be sure to talk with your instructor.
How do I get a student ID card?
To get your Wolf Card, bring a valid photo ID, your current class schedule and $5
to your campus Student Life Office.
The FRCC Wolf Card is your FRCC student ID and gives you:
- Access to campus libraries and labs
- Entry to campus student activities
- Discounted goods and services with participating merchants
How do I get my international transcript evaluated?
International education credentials will be evaluated after review by a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services-approved organization. You can find a listing of these organizations on the NACES website (www.naces.org). Be sure you choose an organization from this list so that FRCC can use the evaluation. If you have your transcripts evaluated by an organization that is not on this list, FRCC may not be able to accept the evaluation for the purposes of transferring courses into FRCC. Be sure to request a course-by-course evaluation of your transcript. The cost of this evaluation varies, so be sure to check with the organization to learn about their costs and document requirements.
How can I get credit for my military training?
It is possible that you might receive some college credit for your military training and experience. FRCC follows the guidelines published by the American Council for Education (ACE). See Credit for Prior Learning for more information about how to earn college credit for your experience.
How do I transfer credit out of FRCC?
To transfer your credits from FRCC, the receiving institution typically needs official transcripts from FRCC. You can order a transcript through your eWOLF account . From the My Classes drop-down menu, select Order Transcripts.
Contact the Advising department at your campus to make an appointment or get more information about transferring.
Where do I send my transcripts to transfer credit to FRCC?
If you are transferring credit to FRCC, we can only accept official transcripts sent directly (mail or electronic) from your previous college or university to the Office of the Registrar at the FRCC campus you want to attend (see addresses below). We must have an official transcript from each institution you earned applicable credit. Transcripts issued to the student, hand-carried, or faxed cannot be accepted. Students must also complete a transfer credit evaluation request form.

What documentation is required to receive my Veteran educational benefits?
Depending on what “Chapter” or benefit you qualify for (determined by the VA), you will have specific documentation that is required by FRCC. See Veterans Services for a list of required documents.
