Host your conferences, meetings, seminars, and events in Front Range Community College's meeting rooms and outdoor spaces. You'll find a range of sizes and set-ups to meet every need—whether you're with a student organization, a college group, a vendor, or the general public.
Reserve A Meeting Room
- Complete and submit a reservation request form. (By submitting this form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions in our External Customer Agreement.)
- Within two business days, we'll contact you to discuss availability.

Longs Peak Student Center Event Hours
The regular business hours the Longs Peak Student Center is available for events:
Monday - Thursday | 7:30 AM- 8 PM |
Friday | 7:30 AM- 6 PM |
Saturday | Available Upon Request |
Sunday | Closed |
Outside business hours arrangements can be requested with additional charges, when possible. Your event coordinator will work with you regarding options.
Classroom Rentals - Limited Availability
Classroom spaces are available on a limited basis. Customers are responsible for their room setup and must return the space back to the way they found it upon their arrival. When you select a classroom space as your desired meeting location, we'll determine what room would be most appropriate for your needs while also considering the needs of our campus community. The following spaces are NOT available for rent to the public:
- Art, Dance, Music labs
- Auto labs
- Computer labs
- Dental labs or clinics
- Nursing labs
- Science labs
- Theater rooms
- Welding labs
Large Event Rentals
If you're hosting a large conference or event and need more space, we can provide rooms across multiple campus buildings. Please contact our Event Services Coordinator for more information.
Westminster Campus
Located in our 3,000-square-foot Student Union, our reasonably priced meeting rooms come with a variety of set-up options and access to a laptop and LCD projector. (Need other equipment? Just ask.)

Public Outdoor Space for Expressive Activities
Front Range Community College has a Protocol for Use of Publicly Available Outdoor Space for Expressive Activity to support individuals or organizations who request to be on-campus to verbally or symbolically express an idea, thought, or opinion. This may include speeches, assembly, vigils, picketing, distribution of literature, displaying hand-held signs and other similar activities intended to communicate that idea or opinion. Please submit a User Agreement to the Student Life Office at least 24 hours in advance so we can make your experience here at FRCC positive and beneficial. We will set aside a specific space for you to maximize your experience.

Vendor/Solicitation Spaces
If you want to sell a product, promote or market your organization, or collect petition signatures or donations, we have spaces available by the day. To reserve a space, please submit an online reservation form.
