Financial Disclaimer

By registering for courses, you automatically assume a financial obligation to the FRCC College. As part of this process, you will be required to complete a Student Account Payment Agreement form. This agreement signifies that, unless you officially drop your classes within the designated refund period, you are responsible for the full payment of tuition and fees. You can view and print your bill through eWOLF after registration. Please note, you remain financially obligated to the FRCC College even if you do not receive a physical bill.

Important: FRCC does not drop classes for non-payment. However, you are still responsible for any courses you register for, and failure to drop them by the official deadline will result in financial responsibility.

Log into eWOLF to confirm your course schedule and drop any unwanted classes before the published deadline. In accordance with state fiscal procedures, unpaid accounts will be referred to a collections agency, which could negatively affect your credit rating and lead to additional charges, including collection fees, attorney fees, interest, or other related costs. Students with outstanding financial obligations will not be eligible to register for future courses until all balances are resolved.
